This represents a Way of Life and not just things to believe - a Way best learned through relationship and friendship with a Trinitarian God and one another, which was the pattern adopted by Jesus during his lifetime.

Life Transformation Huddles
One of the ways we grow empowered by the indwelling Holy Spirit, is through Life Transformation Huddles. We connect with 1 or 2 other Christ-followers with whom we can reflect on life together, share struggles and ways God is leading us, as well as pray and encourage one another to be faithful to God's revelation and call upon us.

"Loving, Spirit-filled relationships are both the means and the goal of our growth as Christians."
Families
on
mission
We also invite people to be part of or develop a Family on Mission. This is a small community of people who give expression to this Way of Life through shared meals, supporting one another, learning together in prayer and sharing, as well as partnering in the call to make Jesus and His love known in the wider community.

"Spiritual transformation requires receiving what God reveals about Himself, as well as ourselves."

Loving, Spirit-filled relationships are both the means and the goal
of our growth as Christians.
In these contexts we hopefully develop
trusting relationships that help us by:
Hearing our story to know the shaping events and how God has already been at work.
Inviting us to grow in emotional freedom by learning to process our pain, experience healing and freedom to enjoy more positive and life-giving emotions of love, peace and joy.
Allowing us to grow in self-awareness and expose some of the “lies” that have had too much power in our thought life so we can receive and embrace the truth of life with Jesus.
Provide accountability and encouragement as we define and set goals for new habits and patterns of behavior that more closely reflect the Way of Jesus.

Spiritual Transformation
Spiritual transformation requires receiving what God reveals about Himself, as well as ourselves. In order to be transformed into His image, we need to take full advantage of the three sources of God’s revealing “light” through the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives:

-
The light of His Son ... “I am the light of the world” (John 8:12)
-
The light of His Scriptures ... “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path” (Ps 119:105)
-
The light of His Saints ... “You are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14)
